Does the Sign Have a Frame?

• Some designs are printed to look framed. In these designs, the frame is part of the artwork and is not a physical frame. 
• We also offer actual solid wood floating frames for all canvas signs.
• Our wood signs come with a natural raw walnut wood frame.

Can Canvas Be Used Outdoors?

• Canvas is intended primarily for indoor use but can be displayed in covered outdoor areas protected from rain and direct moisture.
• For exposed outdoor locations, we recommend metal signs.

How Do I Choose the Right Size?

• Do not use the product photos to judge size, as many photos show larger sizes.
• We recommend using blue painter's tape to mark the exact dimensions on your wall. Step back and view the taped area from different distances to see how the size will look in your space.
• Please measure carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

Do You Make Custom Sizes?

• Yes, custom sizes may be available on a case-by-case basis.

How Do I Place an Order?

How Do I Hang My Sign?

• Our signs arrive ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware. Customers provide the mounting hardware appropriate for their particular wall surface and display location.
• Because wall surfaces and installation locations vary, there is no single mounting hardware option that works for every situation.

Specific hanging methods vary by material.

• Stretched Canvas and Framed Canvas: Canvas signs can be hung from the installed hangers or directly from the top support bar.
• Metal: Metal signs are available with different mounting options, including floating mounts and metal standoffs. Follow the installation instructions shown with your selected mounting option.
• Wood: Wood signs can be hung using the included wire hanger on most sizes or directly from the top of the frame on smaller sizes.

Will I Receive a Proof?

• Personalized and pre-approved custom orders receive a proof by email from RockstarSupport@toefishart.com.
• Please review your proof carefully and respond within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule.
• If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the proof may be automatically approved so production can continue.
• Proofs are not provided before purchase.
• Changes requested after proof approval may require additional time and can delay your order.
