Can I change my order?
If you need to request a change it’s important that you Contact us as soon as possible (within one hour of purchase) so we can see how we can help.
Can I return or exchange my order?
*We do NOT accept returns or exchanges because we never resell our products and we do not stock inventory for sale or resale.* Every customer receives a brand new item individually handmade to-order especially for them.
All sales are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to order carefully and accurately as there is no way for us to detect ordering mistakes. We do not have access to the customer’s shopping cart. We fulfill orders exactly as submitted to us through our website.
Read product specifications and review all product images thoroughly – don’t just glance at the listing photos – and Contact us in advance of ordering with any questions.
Immediately before and after placing your order, recheck all details including: the product you ordered, material, size, color, personalization text or custom notes, and your shipping address. Contact us promptly with any concerns!
How can I report a problem with an item I received?
If there is an issue with damage or quality/condition of your item please Contact us immediately so we can jump in and help! Our team provides fantastic customer service. You must email photos clearly showing the problem areas, full front and back photos of the item, the box (and any damage), and the shipping label.
We will gladly expedite and ship a replacement item to you!

What are your store gift card terms and conditions?
Following purchase of a Toefishart.com e-gift card, the e-gift card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash. All e-gift cards are non-refundable. Redeemable only at Toefishart.com. The e-Gift card balance amount may be applied toward cart total at checkout on Toefishart.com. Any remaining unused balance will be held in user’s Toefishart.com account until applied toward a new purchase on Toefishart.com or until card expiration (whichever occurs first). Balance may not be applied to past orders. Once added to a Toefishart.com account, balance may not be transferred to a different account. Treat this e-gift card as cash. If it is lost, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. For e-gift card balance and expiration date, log in or create a new account at Toefishart.com and add this e-gift card in your account settings.
