Production of non-personalized items will be started within one hour of purchase.
– PERSONALIZED –
Enter your personalization according to instructions in product options and place your order. Our artists will design a proof image for your review which will be emailed to you within 1 to 4 days of purchase.
– CUSTOM –
To request customizations (other than options shown), Contact Us before placing your order. We accept custom requests case-by-case, after careful consideration and as our workload allows. Although just about anything could be made, that’s not how we roll at ToeFishArt. We want your artwork to be superb! (Some custom requests may require a design fee and additional time to complete.)

PRODUCTION
All items are handmade to-order. We do not stock ready-to-ship inventory. Production typically takes 4 to 8 business days after order is placed, and after design for personalized/custom items. View estimated delivery dates during checkout.

SHIPPING
FREE shipping on all orders to the “Lower 48” United States!
– OUTSIDE THE “LOWER 48” –
Applicable shipping charge will be added at checkout depending on ship-to address outside the “Lower 48” United States.
– TRANSIT TIME –
In-transit shipping times vary depending on location and item. Average is 3 to 5 business days (following production of course). – Transit times are approximate, not guaranteed, as carrier issues may occur which are beyond our control. Most items are shipped via UPS. Other carriers may be used depending on item and ship-to location.
